All Items are shipped via USPS with tracking numbers sent via email.

Please allow 3-5 business days for processing. Please add additional time for books that are autographed.

All orders placed on Friday after 12:00 pm CST will begin processing on the following Monday.

****Please note with current pandemic there is a delay with USPS pickups as well as deliveries.

We are happy to exchange your damaged item after sending an email with your concerns. We will send you return instructions.

Returns must be received in new condition; unworn, and unwashed. Items returned with obvious use i.e, makeup, deodorant, perfume, or similar product stains may be subject to refusal.

Promise Mi'Amor is NOT responsible for lost uninsured packages returned to us.
